The Harrison School District serves a multi-cultural Kindergarten-12th grade student population through partnerships with teachers, parents, and the community by providing comprehensive educational programs which encourage all students to:

• develop to their fullest potential

• welcome the challenge of higher order thinking as a means of understanding complex issues

• become well adjusted, productive and contributing citizens ready to confront the challenges of an advancing technological society

Hamilton Intermediate School's goal is to create a community of lifelong learners who are prepared to meet the challenges of the 21st century. We seek to provide students with a comprehensive education encompassing academic, social, emotional, and cultural needs in a technological age. It is our objective that every child will reacher their academic potential while exhibiting strong morals and values such as respect, honesty, and responsibility. We strive to maintain collaboration amongst teachers, parents, and community members who will guide our students on this journey, which includes the importance of learning, appreciating diverse talents and differences, and recognizing the value of all people.
